Payments

We require a 50% payment to book all orders. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. If you do not pay your invoice, your order is not planned in our calendar, and availability is not guaranteed. Communicate any payment issues promptly to avoid losing availability.

 

All orders needed within a week must be paid in full when booking. Payments are nonrefundable. If an issue arises after payment, store credit may be provided at the owner's discretion for celebratory orders. Rescheduling for wedding cakes is possible at no additional cost if done at least 10 days before the wedding date. No rescheduling is allowed with less than 7 days' notice.

 

Delivery/ Pick-up

Delivery is available, rates start at $50.00 for up to a 15-mile radius. 

 

Pickup is available and will be discussed at the time of ordering.  Please adhere to the time agreed for pickup or communicate if a change in time is requested. Late arrival may result in additional fees or a new pickup date.  LE SUGAR LAB is not responsible for any issues while in transit. Instructions on properly transporting and storing your cake will be included on your invoice.

 

Cancellations

In the event your order is canceled, the date retainer fee is non-refundable. We will try to accommodate a new date for you, if our schedule permits.
